Just $109 single/double occupancy, which includes: free parking for hotel guests (and just $5/day for local attendees commuting), a free airport shuttle and free wireless Internet in the sleeping rooms.How do I reserve a room?
The easiest way to book your room and be sure to get the conference rate is to click the "Reserve Your Room Now" button below. It goes directly to a special site the Hilton has created for us. Please note that although the default check in/out dates are Sunday night through Wednesday night, the conference rates are good 3 days before and after the conference, subject to availability. Plan to come a few days early or stay a few days afterward . . . central Kentucky is beautiful!If you prefer to phone the Hilton Lexington/Downtown to book your room, the number to call is 1-859-231-9000. Be sure to mention "Suran Users Conference 2012" to get the conference rate. The conference rate may not be available through the Hilton's toll-free central reservations line.
