CDM+ Users Conference Cancellation Policy
Registration for Suran 2017 CDM+ Annual Users Conference is offered on a first-come, first-served basis with submission of registration information accompanied by full payment of the conference fee.
Written notice of cancellations is required.
March 1 - July 31, 2017
Registrations cancelled before August 1, 2017, will be refunded in full.
August 1 - August 18, 2017
Registrations cancelled August 1–August 18, 2017 will receive a refund of all but $100 of your paid registration fee.
After August 18, 2017
No refunds are given for cancellations received after August 18, 2017.
Restoration of Training Credits
If you must cancel your registration, and you applied Training Credits to your registration cost, we will reinstate any unexpired Training Credits.
Substitutions are permitted at any time and at no additional fee. If you are unable to attend the conference and someone else from your office can come in your place, please let us know as soon as possible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-633-9581.
