Training Makes a Difference!

CDM+ is a ministry tool that supports the efforts of church members and staff in accomplishing the mission of your church. Training focused on custom setup and implementation of CDM+ for your church’s mission increases the effectiveness and thoroughness of your ministry efforts.

Whether training on the “basics” of member information input, creating your accounting Chart of Accounts or setting up to track member giving – or more “advanced” training on creating a pictorial church directory, analyzing congregational giving or comparing income and expense across a three year range – competency breeds quality and effectiveness. What kind of training is available for my team?


Need the “basics” of Membership, Contributions, Attendance, Accounting or Payroll? The Regional Training events scheduled around the country in spring and early summer are the perfect solution. These two-day events cover all of these programs. Even more experienced users can attend and pick up helpful tips and techniques. The locations and schedule will be posted on our website as soon as the schedule is set.


Prefer hands-on training customized to your staff needs? On-site Training brings the trainer to your location to work with your staff in groups or individually – or a combination of both. CDM+ program setups made to support your church ministries are created in dialogue with ministry leaders and implemented immediately – while you and your staff stay at your office and the trainer comes to you!


A wide variety of classes are offered on a rotating schedule covering all levels of training needs. These interactive presentation classes provide training in sequential order and provide for Q&A between instructor and participants. Need individual consultation or training at a convenient time? Individual Online Training provides the opportunity to focus on your unique need or engage in problem-solving your situation. These events are scheduled in a pre-training consultation meeting during which a solution plan is agreed upon that selects the venue of internet training best suited for the solution. This annual event is the best of the best training event featuring more than 60 classes of training over a two-and-a-half day schedule. A fully equipped lab provides for hands-on training and one-on-one consultation is available. The plans for the next users conference are in the works.
