I work during your regularly-scheduled support hours. Can I schedule a support call after your regular hours?

Answer:

Yes, we recognize that some of you have full-time jobs in addition to the work you do for the church, so we do offer the option of scheduling time with one of our staff after hours. Please respect our employees' need for family time, however, and check our regular support schedule first to be sure you really need after hours help. Most of our users find that our normal support schedule allows adequate time either before or after work to deal with CDM+ support issues.

CDM+ Support Hours: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday Eastern Time

If you do need to schedule after hours support, please call 800-633-9581 and tell the receptionist what you need to do. If at all possible, we would appreciate a couple of days notice to be able to work out schedules, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests.

Whenever you call for support, even during regular hours, give the receptionist any pertinent information about how long you will be available. We normally return support calls in the order they are received, but we can flag callers who have exceptional circumstances.
