Each class (except Fundamentals of CDM+) costs $35 or 1 Training Credit, based on one Internet connection and one phone connection. If registering for multiple classes, you have the option of using available Training Credits for all or some of the classes. Any balance after Training Credits are applied is payable by credit card or debit card during the registration process.
Refunds are given for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the class you need to cancel. To cancel a Group Online Training class registration, call 877-891-4236 Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Eastern time or e-mail sales@cdmplus.com. Be certain to include your name, the church name, address and phone number and which class registration(s) you need to cancel. Any cancellation by e-mail sent prior to the 24-hour cut-off will be honored, even if it is sent outside of our business hours.
We may occasionally need to cancel a class due to an insufficient number of registrations. If that should happen, we will notify you by e-mail and give you the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Through your Web browser you will be able to see the CDM+ trainer's computer. We will e-mail you approximately 24 hours before your scheduled class with instructions, the phone number you will be calling to join the training conference call, and a URL. Just prior to calling at the specified time, you will enter the URL in your Web browser. When you call, you will be given a session number, which is entered on the webpage.
The registration fee for CDM+ Group Online Training covers one Internet connection and one phone connection to the class. If convenient, you may gather several people around a speaker phone and all view one computer monitor (or projected computer screen). Or, if you wish, more than one person in the office may register for the same scheduled class, each pay the registration fee, and have a separate Internet connection. Each person will need to call the supplied phone number in order to join the class conference call. The number of registrants for a class is limited to 12 Internet connections.
About the speaker phone option . . .
If possible, choose a location for training that can be made relatively free of background noise. Remember, any sounds made by you or others will be heard by all class participants! An ideal location would be a room with a door on which you can post a sign warning visitors that phone training is taking place inside.
Yes. The trainer will take questions at the end of the hour and perhaps at other times that he/she designates. Of course, questions must pertain to the specific training topic and should also be of general interest to all participants. Individualized Online Training is the appropriate setting to answer questions specific to an unusual situation at your church.
Your church will pay for the call as well as the registration fee. Still, CDM+ Group Online Training is one of the most economical ways to obtain very effective training.
