Warning! If you are updating from a version earlier than CDM+ 8.1.1 or CDM+ Pro 8.1.1, CDM+ 8.1.2 must convert existing pledges. Depending on the number of pledge records you have entered, this could take several hours. When installing CDM+ 8.1.2, you will be given the option to skip the pledge conversion process and perform it at a time when it is convenient to let the process run. You will need to run the pledge conversion before printing Giving Statements or performing any other actions that include pledges.

If your current version is CDM+ 8.1.1 or CDM+ Pro 8.1.1, your pledges have already been converted, and installing CDM+ 8.1.2 should be quite rapid.

Users of any version of CDM+ 8.x or CDM+ Pro 8.x

CDM+ 8.1.2 is a FREE download to all users of CDM+ 8.1 or later (and CDM+ Pro 8.0 or later) who are currently enrolled in the Premier Support Program. The cost of CDM+ 8.1.2 for users of CDM+ 8.1 or later (and CDM+ Pro 8.0 or later) not enrolled in Premier Support is $35. There is a $10 charge to receive the update on CD. If you would like to receive all updates or upgrades on CD automatically, call 877-891-4236 to enroll in our CD Maintenance program for $36/year.

Downloads and update CDs will install version 8.1.2 directly; you do not need to first install releases between your current version and CDM+ 8.1.2. Just be sure to check the system requirements before downloading or installing. Also note that if you are updating from a version earlier than CDM+ 8.1.1 (or CDM+ Pro 8.1.1), CDM+ 8.1.2 must convert existing pledges. See the note at left.


Users of CDM+ 7.x or earlier

If your latest version of CDM+ is 7.x or earlier, the cost of the major upgrade to CDM+ 8.1.2 will vary depending on your CDM+ program configuration (number of modules and user licenses). The cost to upgrade from CDM+ 7.x to CDM+ 8.1.2 will be deeply discounted, however, if you subscribe to Premier Support with the upgrade purchase. Plus, you'll get valuable Training Credits and the many other benefits of Premier Support!
