Using CDM+ with Vista, Windows 7, Leopard, or Snow Leopard
Using CDM+ with Vista, Windows 7, Leopard or Snow Leopard
CDM+ 8.1.2 is compatible with the latest operating systems. The instructions below will help smooth the installation of CDM+ under Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.
If you are currently using an earlier version of CDM+ or CDM+ Pro (prior to v8.1.2), we recommend that you update/upgrade CDM+ to use it on Vista, Windows 7, Leopard or Snow Leopard. Supported clients may call the Tech Support number (800-633-9581) for help. CDM+ users not currently enrolled in CDM+ Premier Support need to contact the Sales Department (877-891-4236) for update/upgrade costs.
Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7
CDM+ requires a very simple, one-time change under Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 to be fully compatible with this operating system. First, make sure you're running the latest version of CDM+. CDM+ 8.1.2 users can download an update installer from the Support section of the website. If you are using an earlier version of CDM+ or CDM+ Pro, please contact us to update.
Once you're running the latest version, follow these steps to configure CDM+ to run under Windows Vista or Windows 7. These steps must be performed once on each computer running CDM+ under Windows Vista or Windows 7.
