Users Are Actively Heard—Angie Kelley's Story

I'm Angie Kelley, First United Methodist Church, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our membership is close to a thousand. I love CDM+ because [the company looks] at this as a ministry. It is not a business for them. So, it's very important for them to grow the program so we can enhance our ministries and better relate with our members.

Note – Angie returned to our interview after writing down some additional thoughts:

What I appreciate most about CDM+ is that the primary goal of this program . . . is enhancing and supporting churches' ministries. Randy was given the gift of envisioning and creating a program to enhance his own church's ministry and then heard and followed God's calling to share this gift with other churches. I feel privileged to be part of such a spiritually motivated [organization]. I actively encourage other churches to . . . discover CDM+. It is a program where users are actively heard and changes and enhancements are made very readily as a result.
