People Oriented and Ministry Oriented—Barb Stevens' Story

My name is Barb Stevens and I'm from Upland Community Church in Upland, Indiana. This is my third CDM+ conference, and I look forward to it every year. I look forward to getting new ideas, I look forward to meeting people who also use this system, and I just look forward to being challenged to use the program in new ways that we hadn't thought of before. And, especially I'm challenged with how CDM+ can help our ministry to people as not just a computer program but it is something that is really going to help us help the people of our church and minister to them better.

So, as far as the conference goes, I like how it's put together and how it's organized and just being able to interact with the CDM+ staff as well because they're always extremely helpful.

As far as using the CDM+ program, it's been great for our church in how we've been able to organize the data. Up 'til four years ago we had never had any data management system and so this has been our first experience with that, and it's been wonderful. We've never been disappointed in the integrity of the staff, the people who have dealt with us. We've never been disappointed in the professionalism and the knowledge and just appreciate how it is so people oriented and ministry oriented.
