Tech Support is THE Thing — Don Peters' Story
My name is Don Peters, Georgetown Christian Church, Georgetown, Indiana. We purchased CDM+ at the North American Christian Convention and converted in June of this year. We converted from Membership Plus. Steve Hansen converted it for us. It took some time to get it cleaned up.
But now, the best thing about CDM+ is that when we call tech support we get an answer, and we don't just get an answer, we get THE answer that fixes the problem. We never, never, never, never had that before. The tech support is what to me is THE thing about CDM+. Now, I love the program itself. It does everything plus more than what we really need for the church, but it's the tech support that really does the job for us.
