Tech Support—Matilda Eddy's Story

Hi. My name is Matilda Eddy and I'm from Redeemer Presbyterian in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and I really like the tech support.

They're very helpful and very good at helping me out, and I appreciate all of them. I really appreciate Ron, [though] because when I call him . . . he knows what's happening with my individual program and my individual situation. He can jump right in there and help me solve problems, and I just appreciate that so much.
