How do I set vacation time off in CDM+?

Answer:

Vacation time off is reset under the Time Off tab of the Employee Information record. If an employee was designated 10 days for 2008 and used all but 4 days, you will need to add an adjustment to reduce the number to zero by entering 4 under the Used column. Now that the 2008 days have been adjusted to zero, you can add a second adjustment line to enter the number of 2009 vacation days. This is done by entering the number of 2009 vacation days under the Accrued column. In each case, it is a good idea to enter a comment to explain why the entry was made.
