Is there a way to automatically promote students (change their grades) at the end of the school year, or do I have to do this one Individual Record at a time?


CDM+ has the ability to automatically update the Grade field using the Update Grade function of the Membership Utilities window. You can find this window under Program > Membership > Membership Utilities. You can set the specific grades that you want to promote the students into under the New column. When you have all of the new grade levels entered, click the Update button and CDM+ will automatically change the Grade fields on all of the Individual Records to the new grade level. Please note: this does not promote students to new Sunday School Classes. You must do that through the Individual List Maintenance window.
