How do I open manuals in CDM+ or view PDFs on your website?
When I try to open the manuals in CDM+ or view PDFs on your website, nothing happens or I get a message about an incompatible version. What can I do?
If you’re on a Mac, try using the Preview program in Applications to view the PDF. Mac or Windows users can try installing the latest version of Adobe Reader, then removing any old versions.
Even after you install the latest version of Adobe Reader, you can still have problems opening PDFs if older versions of Adobe Reader are present on your computer. You can look for multiple versions of Adobe Reader and remove all but the latest using the Add/Remove Programs feature of Windows. Microsoft’s website has instructions for removing programs:
