How Much Does the CDM+ 9.1 Upgrade Cost?

All CDM+ users currently enrolled in Premier Support get CDM+ 9.1 and all other upgrades FREE as a benefit of support membership.

CDM+ 9.1 is also FREE to anyone who has purchased CDM+ 9.0 since August 1, 2011, even to those who purchased the 9.0 upgrade from an earlier version without enrolling in Premier Support since that date.

What Does CDM+ 9.1 Cost for Current Users NOT Enrolled in Premier Support?

Users of any version of CDM+ 9.0 or CDM+ 8.x who are not enrolled in Premier Support may enroll in Premier Support and get the CDM+ 9.1 upgrade FREE. Users of any version of CDM+ prior to 8.0 may upgrade for a discounted price when also enrolling in the annual Premier Support program.



Those users (any current version) who wish to upgrade without enrolling in Premier Support may do so for a fee, which varies according to their suite configuration (number of programs & number of user licenses) and version. How Much Does Premier Support Cost?

What About Data Conversion & Upgrade Support?

We provide detailed instructions for database conversion from CDM+ 8.x to 9.1, but you may choose to have CDM+ staff do the conversion for a fee. Conversion of data from CDM+ versions prior to 8.x must be done by our staff for a fee.



CDM+ Premier Support members are entitled to unlimited calls and/or emails to our tech support department. If you choose to upgrade to CDM+ 9.1 without enrolling in Premier Support, CDM+ tech support specialists will help you get CDM+ 9.1 downloaded and installed, but any additional tech support help will be at the normal rate of $55 per instance.
